This 2,500 sq. ft. executive home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms located 7 miles north of Notre Dame in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from restaurants and entertainment. Your weekend stay comes with all the great amenities the house provides that will make your trip a memorable one. The first floor features an open floor plan with the living room, kitchen, and dining room with satellite TV. The kitchen comes with all the typical accessories and utensils needed including a coffee maker and dishwasher. 2 bedrooms and a 2 full bathrooms complete the first floor. All bedrooms include linens and TV's. Bathrooms included towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soaps. Downstairs there are 2 more bedrooms and another full bath. Downstairs features a Ping'Pong table and tv’s as well as a washer and dryer with detergent, bleach, and dryer sheets included. The house has central air and wireless internet. The back patio has a propane grill with plenty of seating. The large backyard is great for playing catch with a football or roasting marshmallows in the bonfire pit.
